By accessing or using the Vikasit Career website and services you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

Vikasit Career is an independent private educational and career-coaching platform. We provide online classes, study materials, guidance and related educational services for competitive examination preparation.

We are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected with the Government of India, any State Government, or any government department, commission, railway, bank, defence, police or other public authority.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All information, classes and materials are for educational and career-guidance purposes. Government examination dates, eligibility, vacancies and rules can change. Users must always verify the latest official information from the relevant government authority before taking any action.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
One account per student is expected.

4. Fees & Payment

Course fees (currently Rs.1,400 per month for Stage-01) are payable as stated on the platform.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
Access to certain features may depend on payment confirmation by the administrator.
Refund policy, if any, will be communicated separately and is at the sole discretion of Vikasit Career.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos and branding on this platform belong to Vikasit Career / Bharathi Seva Trust or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, share login credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Government Affiliation

Vikasit Career does not represent any government entity and does not provide or facilitate government services. Official recruitment and examination information must be obtained from official government sources listed on our Official Sources page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikasit Career shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on educational content. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
